Yes, creating a free account allows you to manage your bookings, view your service history, communicate with your assigned professional, and manage payments all in one place.

Services

We offer four main categories: Cleaning (regular, deep, end-of-tenancy), Electrician (installations, repairs, smart home), Painting (interior, exterior, wallpaper), and General Services (handyman, furniture assembly, minor plumbing).

Absolutely. Every professional on our platform goes through a rigorous vetting process including background checks, skill verification, insurance confirmation, and reference checks. We maintain a rating of 4.8+ across all our professionals.

Yes! Once you have had a great experience with a professional, you can request them for future bookings. We prioritize assigning your preferred professional whenever possible.

Payments & Pricing

Our pricing is transparent and competitive. Rates vary by service type, starting from CHF 32/hr for cleaning, CHF 50/hr for general services, CHF 55/hr for painting, and CHF 65/hr for electrician services. The total cost depends on the duration and specific requirements of your booking.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe. Payment is charged after the service is completed.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are free. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost. No-shows are charged the full amount.

Support

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with the service, contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-service at no extra cost or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Yes, all professionals on our platform carry liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage during a service, you are protected. Please report any incidents within 48 hours for prompt resolution.
