1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MaxFertig platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including service professionals and customers.

2. Services Description

MaxFertig is a platform that connects customers with professional home service providers, including cleaning, electrical, painting, and general maintenance services. We act as an intermediary and do not directly perform the services.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Bookings and Payments

All bookings made through MaxFertig are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include all applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Cancellation policies may vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

6. Liability

MaxFertig acts as a platform connecting customers with service professionals. While we vet all professionals, we are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the services performed. Service professionals carry their own insurance and are responsible for their work quality.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the MaxFertig platform are owned by MaxFertig or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our platform. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
